Temporal meningiomas can be intraosseous, wich only affect bone and are very rare, or intracranial. Most of them are intracranial, and bone invasion is secondary to the growth of the tumor. The intracranial part can be asymptomatic, and be the first syptom, its ear or mastoid repercussion. We have to be aware and make a precise diagnosis, using radiological techniques for not mistaking an intraosseous meningioma with an intracranial meningioma with an important bone repercussion.
