Cartilaginous tumors of the larynx are uncommon in the clinical practice. Of unknown aetiology, they are characterized by their slow growing with tendence to recidive and sometimes show signs of malignancy after histologic exam (chondrosarcoma).
We report a real case of cricoarithenoid chondroma happened in our hospital which was diagnosed by fibroscopy- CT and then sent for surgical treatment with Laser to the reference hospitalary center. Its anatomopathological result did not reveal malignancy and the last review was normal without recidive or tumour persistence.
